Inconel 800 Fasteners is nickel-chromium-iron alloy fasteners possess good resistance to oxidation and corrosion and carburization over rising temperature atmospheres up to 1100 degree F. Inconel 800H and 800HT has excellent stress rupture properties and generally used at a temperature more than 1100 degree F. The outstanding chemical balance of nickel steel alloy possesses good characteristics, including embrittlement even after more extended service usage at the temperature range between 1200-1600 F, where several steel plates lose their properties. The machining of Inconel 800/800H/800HT fasteners can be work-hardened, and cold forming is done through traditional methods. Therefore, these fasteners obtain good ductility with good forming abilities. With the help of filler or other metals, the welding processes are done through standard methodologies.Inconel 800/800H/800HT austenitic alloy nuts have good characteristics that help these fasteners out from several environments and make them stable even after prolonged exposure.
