INCONEL 800/800H/800HT FASTENERS is made from alloys of 800 series. These are a combination of iron, chromium, and nickel. And as they are composed of these metals, they are eventually highly resistant to corrosion and can stay under high levels of temperatures. They not only prevent oxidation but also prevent carburization. They are somewhat identical, with a slight difference in carbon, titanium, and aluminum content.

This alloy is subjected to a temperature of 2100 Fahrenheit. Being a chromium and nickel alloy fastener, these can also withstand various chemical-bound environments. The manufacturing of these fasteners includes a process that makes them go through high level and low-level temperatures, which eventually helps in a better manufacturing process. This, in turn, helps make the fasteners more agile, ductile and enhances the strength of the pins.

These are also made according to the customer specifications, which makes them strong, adds more resistivity, and gives them a longer life. They are subjected to different types of tests, which improves their quality before they are provided to the customers and ensures that the quality is at its best. INCONEL 800/800H/800HT FASTENERS are corrosion resistant and can stand any temperatures within a limit, and these have a wide range of applications as well. They can be subjected to various acidic environments where they can resist corrosion. They can also be used to create applications that are used in seawater applications. They have excellent tensile strength and mechanical strength, which adds to their characteristics to improve their quality.
